Why Improv?


Improvised theatre is not just about being funny like on 'Whose Line Is It Anyway'. It's about being in the moment, listening and observing, making bold decisions and staying calm under fire. With High School Improv, students will learn the craft of performing without a script and instantly creating scenes that tell the stories that inspire them.

Our classes on improvised theatre teach not just theatre skills but life skills that will serve beyond the stage:
